Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at hello@elanoro.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled — but you can return it after delivery.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders within the EU. No minimum order required.

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery within the EU typically takes 2-5 business days.

Do you ship outside the EU?
Currently we ship to all EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. We are expanding our shipping destinations — check back soon.

Products

Are your products authentic?
Yes, 100%. Every item is sourced directly from brands, their licensees, or authorized distributors. All products arrive in original packaging with original tags. See our Authenticity Guarantee for details.

Why are your prices lower than retail?
We work directly with brands and authorized distributors, sourcing from European supply chains with lower overhead than traditional retail. This allows us to pass significant savings on to you — while guaranteeing authenticity.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging. See our full Returns & Refunds policy.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
