Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Returns must be shipped using a tracked courier service (UPS, FedEx, or DHL)
- Returns sent via standard postal services cannot be accepted
How to Return
- Contact us — Email us at returns@elanoro.com to initiate your return. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive instructions — We will provide you with the return shipping address and any additional instructions.
- Ship your return — Pack the item securely and ship it using a tracked courier within 14 days of delivery.
- Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with the following:
- A photo of the product
- A photo of the tag
- A photo showing the defect or issue
Once verified, we will arrange a return at no cost to you and issue a full refund or replacement.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
